About JVI Mobile
JVI Mobile is a small digital marketing agency focused on helping clients with customer avatar creation and drawing up a customer value journey from there. In order to do so, JVI Mobile uses Vectera to get in touch with its clients.
Jay Vics, founder of JVI Mobile explains how Vectera supports & streamlines his workflow.
Why did you choose to work with Vectera?
Vectera does the trick for me because it allows me to meet people in my own personal conference room with whiteboarding, the ability to share screens and a cobrowsing tool. The fact that people can just browse to a meeting room on my own domain - meet.jvimobile.com - thanks to the whitelabel add-on, makes them curious about the software I’m using. And of course I’m happy to tell them all about Vectera!
I’ve been doing a lot of training and coaching on digital marketing. As mentioned earlier, we determine the client's main customer avatar and then we draw up their customer value journey for them. In order to do so, I have these frameworks - 2 worksheets - and while I walk somebody through the strategy, we fill out these worksheets I uploaded into the meeting room together. I keep my list of questions on a separate screen and add my client’s answers simply to the document that is uploaded as a whiteboard.
How did you implement Vectera into your process?
After completing the sheets, my client can download the whiteboard from the meeting room so they have a pdf sheet for themselves which is all filled out. And I also ask them to download the original file, so they have a blank version at their disposal. In that way, I don't have to email the sheets manually after our meeting. Everything that needs to be done happens in the exact same environment and that saves a lot of time.

In order to improve my workflow even further, I definitely want to explore the meeting room templates feature as well. Since I have those two files that I upload quite a lot, it could be very useful to just auto-upload them to each and every new meeting room rather than doing this manually every single time.
Apart from the 1v1 training and coaching on digital marketing, I also organize regular digital marketing bootcamps. Since the number of participants is growing, I’m very pleased to hear that Vectera is working on bigger meeting room support.
So, in sum, everything about Vectera is perfect to me: its user-friendliness, its interface, the collaboration tools, ... Vectera is my number one and most frequently used tool. I very much prefer meeting people online in Vectera to visualize things over only talking to them on the phone.
