Xerius is committed to approaching clients on a very personal level to establish a relationship where the client feels comfortable. Many clients require personal appointments.

The Covid-19 crisis meant an overload of questions for Xerius: never before had so many people considered starting their own business. Apart from that, plenty of new measures were taken to support entrepreneurs, which led, of course, to a lot of questions.

• How much am I going to earn?
• How about my retirement?
• What happens if I get sick?

However, they weren’t able to conduct those personal appointments in their own office anymore.

How we helped Xerius

Vectera supported different Xerius teams to smoothly integrate an easily accessible video conferencing tool into the current workflow without the need for big and expensive IT implementations. Xerius choose to connect their Office 365 calendar to Vectera, and appointments were automatically created in the correct calendars.‍

The Result

‍With this solution, Xerius was still able to help existing and new clients at this crucial turning point in their lives. The possibility to see each other during a video call just makes things a lot more personal than an endless email conversation does.

There’s no need to download any app or install any software. That was a really important demand from our side. Documents can be easily shared with clients and they can be immediately filled out. By only sharing the necessary information instead of sharing my whole screen, I am sure that sensitive information is safe”.

Next steps

In the future, Xerius would like to integrate their CRM and feedback tool as well, thus reducing time spent on administration. Time they could then be spending on their personal conversations with clients.
